To address this challenge, Anji Logistics introduced Yifang Technology's GS300 Pallet Dimensioning System. This system leverages advanced 3D vision technology and AI algorithms, using multi-camera combined measurement to quickly and accurately capture the contours and dimensions of large pallets. The measurement range is 0.6*0.6*0.6-1.5*1.5*2m (larger sizes available for customization), with a measurement error within 1.5cm. It accurately measures both regular and irregularly shaped goods, completely eliminating the "freight cost discrepancies" previously caused by manual measurement errors and ensuring absolutely fair and accurate freight calculations.

Operational Process

Simply place a pallet of large goods on the measurement area, and the GS300 automatically recognizes the barcode and simultaneously completes a series of operations, including volume measurement, weighing, and barcode scanning. The measurement data is displayed in real time and automatically connected to the company's ERP, WMS, and other management systems. This system has helped Anji Logistics, while serving Huawei, not only reduce the measurement time per item to less than one minute but also significantly improve the accuracy of volume measurement and freight cost calculation, effectively reducing operating costs and achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, injecting powerful technological momentum into the cooperation between the two parties.
